Justice For Trayvon Martin! #MillionHoodies

I have no words to describe the feeling I get when I hear Trayvon Martin's name or see his picture.  If you don't know by now, he was a 17 year old young Black man that was killed in Sanford, Florida on February 26, 2012. He was walking home from the store, hoodie up with a pack of Skittles and juice in hand when he was followed by a self-proclaimed neighborhood watch member, George Zimmerman.  A confrontation from Zimmerman led to a scuffle and the un-armed Martin was shot and killed.

I will not go into details of my deeper feelings, but I will say this, George Zimmerman needs to be brought to justice swiftly!  If you are wondering what you can do to show support, here are a few links I have compiled.

  1. I have no tears for Trayvon Martin. I have a fear that if I start to cry, I may never stop. I might remember the many that have been killed with no justice. RIP Trayvon.
